A quick Saturday Christmas card

I was out all day Friday and most of Thursday so this little card was whistled up in a trice:
I used:

- 3.75" x 3.75" square white card stock

- gold pearlescent backing card from the snippets folder

- 'Three Kings' stamp by Anita

- sentiment by Personal Impressions from the 'Many Greetings' set (Kirsty Wiseman)

- a few touches with a gold gel pen

- three gold coloured pearls

As Annie keeps saying, my stock of Christmas cards is looking pretty healthy right now but this would be so easy to do in batch mode if the need arises :)

I'd like to add this as my third entry to Sarn's Rudolph Day Challenge (just for the fun of it as I already have the lovely stamp that's this month's prize.

Hope you have a super weekend - it's cold here, brrrrrrr!!

  2. This card is so effective in the white and gold.
You are right...it would make up in multiples quite nicely!

  3. That's really a beauty, Di! I love everything about it!

Do you think I could buy a "trice" in this country? jk. Another fun word that I yearn to make up an origin for ... "all the jiffy's were out of service, so I took a trice"? I mean, the possibilities are endless. Thanks for a nice meander away from work!

  4. Another lovely card for your Christmas stash. Your making me feel very behind as only have a few in stock and am even considering buying mine this year!

Cold here too, woke to a 'caravan cold face' easily remedied buy sticking it back under the duvet :)

Have a lovely weekend Di xxx
