WOYWW - 149

Rather than show the same wedding invitations from last week progressing (now decamped onto the dining room table), this is my desk when I ran away yesterday afternoon to do some baking, followed by working on the invitations:
As a break from the dining table I had crept up here to play for half an hour with Twinkling H20s - bad girl! The papers I want to use are to the right of the image, so I could match in the colouring of a cute dragon. All that's needed is a lot of 'schparkle' added and then a card making up whenever some light relief is called for :)

And, last week on WOYWW I was asked about little Fergus the screen duster, lurking in the background - so here he is:
'Woof - which side is my best then, the one with the bow?' or
'The other side, as I'm custodian of Madam's WOYWW badge lest it gets lost amongst all the dross, rubbish, craft stuff on her desk? Woof, I think so too'

For more nosing around, do hop over to Julia's - Our WOYWW Queen - here. From there, after recovering from whatever Julia is up to today, you can hop round and see lots of fun craft goings-on!

Happy WOYWW!

  9. Fergus is a doll! It looks like you had a great time coloring the dragon. He's going to make a great card!!

And I see how early you got here today - wow. You are slowly getting up to the number one slot - if Sarah's streak breaks.

  17. That's a very handsome screen duster. (Perhaps I should try using Baggins!)
I love your neat box of H2Os. I can't get them out here and I only have a couple of sets, but really I prefer to use my Artquest palettes which I have the full set of. I love playing with them. Have a great Wednesday. Kate x

  26. Hello Di, great shot of your H2Os and I look forward to seeing the finished dragon card but really it's Fergus that steals the show this week ... for a duster he is almost too white but he does show off the WOYWW badge to perfection :) Happy WOYWW. Elizabeth x #26

  28. Sparkly H2Os! I haven't played with those in a coon's age. I find them a tad frustrating. I love the container you have them in so you can see the color of all those pots at a glance. Fergus is quite cute, but duster or no, if he comes to my house he'll become a cat toy (and darn those cats, they don't dust).

  35. I can't get to grips with H2o's, another purchase that I have abandoned but I have not got as many as you.
But I have to say that if it wasn't foy and the Promarker fine nibs I wouldn't have been able to use a lot of images that I have lately.
If I had a trumpet, I'd play, the last post!
