And a closer peek to show the tickle of 'Wink of Stella' :)
I used:
- A6 white card blank
- a pre-loved stamp by Stampendous called 'Dragonfly Window', image stamped onto a snippet of white card (left from when I cut the A6 card - always a good idea as the white is then the same) and coloured with Pro Markers. A little tickle of clear 'Wink of Stella' on the dragonfly's wings and body
- mounted the image onto a snippet of turquoise card
- sentiment is Hero Arts from the 'Live Life' set, stamped with Memento 'Teal Zeal'

This card is lovely Di and turquoise is one of my favourite colours. I love the touch of WOS on the dragonfly which works beautifully. This is the first time I have had a chance to drop by since Sunday as everyday life has been getting in the way rather, so I have only just seen that you highlighted my card again this week for which many thanks and I am so pleased you liked it. I must get a wriggle on before next Saturday arrives as I love to enter the challenge. Thank you again Di. x
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card Di, love the touch of WOS on the dragonfly. x
ReplyDeleteI love dragonflies. they seem to be such a promise of good weather, and that Wink of Stella is so effective. I think the scariness of the photos is coloured by the knowledge of how much our coast suffered in the storms over the winter, with cliff falls and the power of the sea and wind destroying so much. Apparently, a lot of the houses up at the west end of the bay are under threat too, and likely to go at any time. Years ago, we took our Doberman to West Bay and she flatly refuse to walk along the front. I reckon, with what I know now, she knew more that us of the possible dangers. Thank you for your lovely comments, Di. The support and friendship of my internet friends has meant so much this year. xx Maggie
ReplyDeleteWow this is just stunning.
