Less is More Week 218 - Predominently Black

The current challenge over at Less Is More is 'Predominently Black'. That's not as scary as it sounds,  black needs to be prominent but you can add a pop of colour too. This is my entry:
I used:

- DL white card blank, tent style

- a 'frame' of black card stock

- white card stock onto which I stamped Indigo Blu's fabulous 'Juliet' stamp and just coloured a single flower in SU 'Melon Mambo'

- the sentiment was also stamped in 'Melon Mambo' using a stamps from LOTV's 'Quotables - Life's Journey' set

So quick to make - once I stopped dithering and running hither and thither, rootling through my craft stash before making a decision :) Len's favourite quote about me is 'Di used to be indecisive, but now she's not so sure' - sigh.

I hope you're all having a lovely Easter Weekend - we have glorious sunshine here, at last!

Di

  13. Great choice of image and an even greater great choice of the red.
Unfortunately the sentiment is not at all true, I have been seeking Johnny Depp for years but I am certain that he is not seeking me.

  20. Poor gal. It's going to take forever to get all the leaves and branches out of her hair.... It's a great card, but all I can think about is TANGLES (and not zen ones either). I love black and white with a pop of red!
