Anyone for a raspberry ripple?

This card really reminds me of raspberry ripple ice cream (yummy) - and I made it in about 10 minutes flat once we got home yesterday afternoon. One of those cards where everything just comes together so easily:
I used:

- 6" x 6" square white card stock

- snippets of plain card from the snippets folder

- Penny Black Stickeroo from the 'Collage Flowers' set

- pink and cream backing paper from the Melissa Frances 5th Avenue paper pad

- pink ribbon and cream lace, just lying on the desk begging to be used

- raspberry coloured card candi

It's Saturday today and roll call writing time. As so much is going on generally, I'm closing the playground gates at noon this Saturday folks! If it works, then normal weeks might end up the same so that I don't end up typing away at midnight each Saturday. Hope you understand!

Have a great Jubilee Weekend, whatever you have planned!

It's a lovely card, but I thought I was going to get ice cream!!!
Fine by me closing the gates early, you put so much into it, you should chose.

This card is so light & airy, it just says 'bring on something light & cold'. Gives me some ideas on my PB stickers. You are super to even host the playground, so close it when convenient for you. Enjoy some raspberry ice!!! Happy Jubilee weekend.

What a beautiful card. I see you've successfully broken the "odd number" rule! You little rebel!

Good idea about changing the Snippets deadline. Much more realistic - we can't have a tired and droopy Pixie Headmistress now can we?

Big hugs

You certainly got my attention with your post title-ice cream is my most fav thing to eat!

Beautiful card Di and it looks just as yummy as an ice cream! Love the delicate ribbon.

Totally understand about closing the gates early, you do a sterling job :)

Have a lovely Saturday xx

Like others I've called in for an ice cream and all I got was a card but I will say it's a very pretty one. :-)

This card is 'lush' love the colours and a beautiful image, also my type of card - flowers and one that comes together quickly, unfortunately it doesn't happen very often.
Should have been in Filey now but eldest Grandson had a party and youngest Grandson has chicken pox so we had to 'sit' but all being well we are off tomorrow.
