WOYWW - 153

OK, so this is where I reveal what a totally messy little pup I am:
Normal stuff really, usual black coffee gone cold, a fresh pile of newly made cards waiting for inserts sitting at the back, a card in progress on the glass mat and two fabby hair clips also on the glass. Goodness know quite how I'll use them but they sort of fell into the supermarket shopping trolley last week :) Union Flag sequined bows with lots of bling - perfect for Jubilee celebration cards if I can remove them from the clips. If not then I'll just wear them instead :)) A pile of newly found Elzybells stamps (from a Netherlands store and dating back to before Elzybells ceased trading) - to the right, patiently waiting to be catalogued and put away.

Err, they could have a loooong wait as well, judging by the 'swift push to the right pile' right now:
Oh dear, what a mess - lots of SU goodies waiting to be played with and then put away. It's a pickle and I'm a really messy pup I know :(

To see more messy pups, hop over to Julia's on WOYWW here - take a cup of your favourite beverage and be prepared to see even MORE mess :)

  1. Let the two little kiddywinks next door have my plastic thread divider box to put their hair clips in. Mum was so thrilled no more trawling through a plastic bag, she made me a cake.

  2. I have a file on my desk, which contains various 'push to one side' items - and a pile on the floor, and a pile of magazines waiting to be put away .... I must spend some time sorting it all out, but I would rather make cards! Happy WOYWW. Ali x #46

  3. I wonder how long it would take you to use every stamp you've got just once? :-) Now there's a challenge for you. :-)

  4. Morning Di, oh...please come and swap desks, mine gets soooo messy and takes sooo long to find places to put stuff, I have to go make coffee and raid the bisquit tin...There was a programme on hoarders last night, hubby put it on, knowing it would show up on my Craft room telly! D'you think he's hinting!?!! I should be getting some Jubilee things, but I still haven't! It'll come and go before I realise! Have a crafty week
    Happy WoyWW!

  6. Morning Di, I think we all have a 'push to the right' and a 'push to the left' and probably a 'pop it behind me' pile, I know I do!! Great desk, with lots of gorgeous cards and stamps :)

Have a fab WOYWW and a lovely week, Hugs, Karen xx #49

  7. I wish I could push to the left/right but if I did it would all fall on the floor! I keep everything on a bookcase behind me, so my desk is just what I'm working on. Fab pics, looks tidy to me though, creative yes. Take care, enjoy WOYWW this week, I know I will! Zo xx 73

  9. Nothing wrong with being in a pickle with new goodies waiting to be played with, Di. If you put them away you'll forget about them, well that's what I'd do anyway.
I can't wait to see what you do with those hairclips.

  23. Hah, I do like Annie's challenge for you, although I'm a right one to talk, lol!! Desk isn't looking too bad considering you've been busy, even the push to the right pile is manageable. But what's you're Fiskars glue gun doing stuffed in there too??!

  24. Hello Di, a mess - hardly! By your standards perhaps, but by others, I don't think so :) 'Tis a pity that Elzybells ceased trading ... and judging by the popularity of the stamps, one wonders why? I'm sure you are going to have a high old time playing with your new stamps, after you've sorted your 'mess' out :)) Elizabeth x #68

  34. I'm pro big mess myself but sometimes it causes grief. Like, this morning... I wanted to add a hot air balloon onto a store bought card (shocking I know but I lack stamps/idea for a graduation card and I've been sick for the 30th time this year) but it wasn't where it should be and it wasn't in the shove to the right pile and it wasn't anywhere else easy to find, so I quit. Shouldn't have fired the maid.... Your desk proper looks fairly together, its just that shove to the right pile... maybe you could throw a towel over it?
