Shake your tail feathers

This week's Challenge over at Less is More is to use the colour AQUA. In between writing up the Snippets Playground roll call and doing what seemed like a million and one other things over the weekend I managed to make this for the challenge:
 
I used:

- 5" x 5" white square card stock

- stamps from a Banana Frog set called 'Shake your tail feathers'. I stamped the sentiment straight onto the card as well as the birdie. The birdie was also stamped a couple of times onto aqua slightly marbled paper so I could get a bit of lighter shading on the tail feathers and the wing (which was added on top of the main body paper piecing)

- aqua coloured gems from stash (KanBan) plus a little black gem for the eye

Quick and easy, once I'd thought out what to make :)
