This month's Challenge over at Christmas Kickstart is 'Out of the Woods' - and here's is my offereng,, as well as my Sunday Snippets card for this week:

I used:
- A6 white card blank - side opening
- trimmed a snippet of Tonic pearlescent 'Majestic Gold card down to just slightly smaller than the card blank
- trimmed an image page from the utterly gorgeous Stamperia 'The Owl's House' 8" x 8" paper pad, down to slightly smaller than the pearlescent gold layer
- glued the image panel onto the pearlescent gold panel
- adhered the image layer to the card blank - using very narrow foam strips
- finishing touch, added a white die cut sentiment from my little dish of die cut sentiments. I'd used white snippets for a double layer and my very favourite Tonic 'Merry Christmas' die - sadly discontinued
- finito!
I stumbled across the 'Owl's House' paper pad on this blog - thanks for the inspiration Ellie!
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
- Christmas Kickstart #108 HERE - 'Out of the Woods'
- Allsorts Challenge #845
HERE - under 'Anything Goes'
- Darnell's NBUS Challenge # 84

Remember, I've just kicked off a new challenge over in the Snippets Playground

Dudley Pupdate: The Havanese are such a breed of sunshine, velcro, love, panic, lunacy and calm - all mixed together. Certainly never a dull moment. Now and then Dudley has a crazy 10 minutes racing around and around the ground floor of our house, using it as a race track. He loves to skid down the tiled hallway and basically can get over excited in the process.
We had one such evening early this past week and right at the end he decided to race up the stairs to me in my craft room as a 'finale'. Same as when he was a puppy and escaped from upstairs, he lost his footing and went tumbling back downstairs. On both this and the previous occcasion Len happened to be at the bottom of the stairs and caught him - in a pretty impressive rugby tackle. Dudley certainly has no sense of danger when he's fired up with doggie adrenaline! I'd call it 'totally loopy' to be honest!
The subject of being unable on our embedded comments has raised it's head again, after a long silence, with a good blogging friend having problems. She comments
from her laptop, I've tried and she has too (obviously) to work out what setting(s) might be causing problems. We're both stumped and any input would be gratefully received! She uses Chrome as her browser, as I do. I might even send Dudley round to give you an all-over lick and towel-down - if that's your price for spilling the beans! Any suggestions?
Love as always, Dudley 'the bouncing ball' - and yours truly,
