This is what I came up with for the current challenge, which is 'Just One Word':
After taking the photo I've had to put the card away for fear of wanting to do more to it when my teeth begin to itch!
I used:
- 6" x 6" square white linen card stock
- 'Fancy Heart' stamp by Stampcraft, another 'pre-loved' one - stamped using a Brilliance Pearlescent Poppy ink pad
- sentiment from the Layers of Colour 'Renaissance Hearts' stamp set - stamped using a Brilliance Starlite Black ink pad
- Josy Rose nail heads - tee, hee, I sneaked one onto the heart image too :)
So, for the first time, I'd like to enter a card into the Less is More Challenge - Week 47 - Just One Word.
And you know what, it's growing on me!

Hi Di. You are so like me. About four times last year I said I would enter their next challenge but I never did. I love looking at the entries, but I am never satisfied with my efforts in this style. However you have made a beautiful card. It looks as though you have been making them forever. Well done. Kate x
ReplyDeleteI can see what you mean by it not being your norm Di but I do rather like it too. Have fun stepping out of your comfort zone from time to time....I think it does us all good now and then.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
A x

I love the card. To me you're like me hard to show what I do because I see things as beautiful, but not always so bad. Right?. I hope to see it often here.
ReplyDeleteWell done on taking the plunge, love the heart stamp and the card is just spot on.
ReplyDeleteHave done my entry this morning and funny enough it has hearts on too, made after reading a followers blog who say she has some exciting news to announce later so I have presumed what it may be, but I could be wrong.
Coke eh! mmmm.
