The ladies looking a bit askance in the background were fresh from the Spa (or as Sam later pointed out perhaps too lazy to get dressed, snort!).
A lovely day, which just flew by sadly. Guess what, we got so engrossed we totally forgot about going for a quick paddle in the duck pond, sigh :( But it's an excuse to do it again next Summer.
Oh, and Parsnip was out of his bed at least four times during the night asking where his new friend Fergus was - and when can we go out for another playtime please!

ReplyDeleteVery late tonight, so had to skip a few comments but could not miss commenting on this fabulous photo.
ReplyDeleteBet you had a great day and just wish I could have been there too, but surprise, surprise that is me in the background, yes just had a fabulous spa treatment and yes couldn't be bothered to get dressed. I always go to Southampton for my Spa treatments - no-one knows me there.
Brilliant photo.

Hello Di, what a fabulous picture - you all look like you're enjoying yourselves.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment and your lovely words of support. It does seem that other people go through a lull at some stage too, so I will stick with it and see what happens.
I will deffo try to get over more and join you in the playground. You always seem to be having so much fun, and I need to get back to that. :-)

Thanks for sharing what looks like a fab day out! Lovely to see you having such fun! xxx
ReplyDeleteSo happy the 6 of you had such a good outing. I can see Parsnip is really taken with Fergus. Fergus is quite a talented quilter, in case you didn't know. I've requested that he pay me a work visit & help out with some fabric, and would love if he'd bring Parsnip across the pond with him. I'm sure they will be fast friends. So nice to put faces to all the names I see here & there, and glad that ya'll were able to enjoy some fun comradeship. TFS the fun with the rest of us far away. Hugs
