I used:
- 4.75" x 4.75" square white card
- stamp by Rubber Stampede called 'Skinny Tree', coloured with Pro Markers and chopped into three equal sized squares
- red card from the snippets folder
I'd also like to add this into Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge for this week - which is 'No patterned paper'.
My 'in-house critic' spotted this card and remarked that it needs something in the top right hand corner........whatever happened to his perception of LIM then?!

Another lovely card Di. My weekend has been spent helping out in the house of poorly....we think it's been this horrible Noro virus...Shell had it first then it passed to the twins and Brent was really poorly all day yesterday with it. :-( Poor Shell just didn't have enough hands to manage all the cuddling needed...and all the washing, changing beds and cleaning up etc etc!!!

Lovely card there Di but that tree is a little skinny for me and my decorations! Our trees used to have training sessions so they could keep perky!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the words of the song, goodness knows what I was singing as some of the words didn't seem familiar, I suppose we concentrated more on the Floozy named Flo which was sung very loud and clearly much to my Mum's disgust, she hated her name.

ReplyDeleteI like how you chopped that tree up and stretched it out. I like long skinny Christmas trees! (on cards!!!) We never do a Christmas tree. However, we have new kittens so maybe it would be worth the entertainment value to have one this year. Nothing real though. I'm soooo allergic to pine!
