A quick rootle through some unused stamps turned up a little two-legged cutie:
- 5" x 5" square white card blank
- a snippet of orange card stock as a smaller frame
- the image was stamped onto a white layer using Memento 'Tuxedo Black' ink and a cling mounted stamp by Stampendous called 'Chickadee', coloured using Faber Castell Prismacolour pencils and Sansodor blending fluid
- the sentiment was stamped into a gap in the image design, used Memento 'Tuxedo Black' and a little stamp from an Elzybells set called 'Mini Tag Set'
That's it folks, quick and easy. I do think this could make some sweet Christmas cards if I coloured the birdie as a robin and made the berries red - watch this space :)

Absolutely gorgeous card, Di. And you're right about the stamp, by colouring in the bird and berries differently it could take you through all the seasons of the year. Those berries, coloured in pink, could look like blossom buds, and then the bird could be a blue tit, and for autumn they could be coloured purple and the bird could be, erm, an autumny birdy thing.....

Yes, no centipedes. A group I'm in has "2-legged animals" as an upcoming swap and all I could think about is it would be all men. Men have two legs and are animals, yes? Birds have two legs but aren't animals (they are birds)...... and probably a double amputee elephant doesn't count. So bias!
