Bit of a wobble on the bottom loop of the bow I see, but it's late on Sunday now and I took this photo the other day, I just tweaked it and it's fine so I blame the rather hasty and not very good photographer :)
I used:
- 6" x 6" square Kraft card stock
- the image is one of my Christmas favourites, called 'Carolling Duck' by Penny Black, cut using a Sizzix die and coloured with Pro Markers. The background was too white so I coloured that with 'Ivory' and then whisked the edges with TH DI 'Old Paper'
- plain red backing card, holly paper by Paper Studio from their 'Cozy Little Christmas' pad (on offer at Hobby Lobby with a piece of Paper Studio's 'Christmas Music Collage' paper tucked behind
And this card is for Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge 93, which is 'Carol Singing' this week. I think this fits the bill.......quack, quack, geddit?!
And thanks to Brenda B for letting me know that this also fits the Penny Black @ Allsorts Challenge this month which is 'Animal Magic'.

Do you know I never looked at the ribbon, because I can not do ribbon and I get so jealous so avoid it when I can, unless it is a really huge and fabulous bow, I have 2 bow makers and a bowdabra and I still can't get it right.
ReplyDeleteLove the image and like the way you have made it stand out, great papers.
