Olivia is 3 today

Little Olivia, or Livi as she gets called, is Len's (and therefore mine....... by proxy - :)) youngest grand daughter and she's three years old today. This is the card I made to send to Germany for her:
I used:

- 6" x 6" square cream card stock

- Joanna Sheen stamp from the 'Enchanted' set, coloured with Pro Markers and Glamour Dust on the wings

- pinky mauve pearlescent backing card

- backing paper from the Prima 'Firefly' pack

- sentiment is a LOTV one, stamped in SU's 'Melon Mambo'

- butterflies from my stash

- the number 3 was die cut using a new die I found in Joanna Sheen's online shop, by Britannia Dies and at £9.50 (qualifying for P & P) it would have been rude not to buy it. Up until now I've relied on some great die cut numbers that Sarn kindly sent me, just waiting and hoping I'd find a reasonably priced numbers die - no alphabet as yet though :( They're, obviously from the name, a British company and I do love the die, precise and clean cut

- Craftwork Cards card candi coloured with a Pro Marker and letters stamped using Craftwork Cards own lettering set. It's great to use but the letters are so small I live in fear of accidentally throwing one away sometime :(

And, this is the little 'imp' herself:
Apparently having a 'bad hair day' - but I bet lots of us would love hair like Livi's :)

Happy Birthday Livi - love from Grandad and GranDi XXX

  8. Great card - a fairy and butterflies, perfect for a little girl. And Livi is absolutely gorgeous ... not an imp at all, but a real little sweetie :)

I have a Sissix Alphabet die but I do struggle with it ... it cuts unevenly in my Cuttlebug ... it would be nice to have one that works really easily, sigh!

    Hugs, Elizabeth xx

  11. What a cutie, both the card and Livi. LOve the backing papers and the image is great.
Wish I had bad hair days like that I look as if I have been dragged through 3 or 4 hedges backwards when I get up in a morning.
