Less Is More - Sketch

It's a lovely sketch this week over at Less Is More's weekly challenge. Simply a circle or a square in this format:

I chose to stay right with the sketch above, as it is:
I used:

- 6" x 6" pearly cream card stock

- Penny Black Stickeroo from the 'From the Heart' sheet, stuck onto a piece of card and then the red border trimmed off as it just 'jarred' a bit before sticking to the card front using sticky pads

- sentiment from the 'Live Life' set by Hero Arts, stamped using SU 'Wild Wasabi' ink pad

What a wet and miserable day yesterday was - a good excuse for for some crafting I should think :)

Little tale here - Len popped his head into the craft room and spied this card on the desk. He's a fan of Less Is More/CAS cards - so I asked him what he thought the flowers actually were on the image. 'Trumpets?' was the response! Clearly that man can't recognise a couple of hearts when he sees them :)

  2. Beautiful card Di, love the musical background (hubby loves all musical themes too). The intensity of the red flowers really comes out with the white background.

Have a good day, take care xx
