A little birdie told me...........

After yesterday's marathon post, this one should be pretty quick to write :) With little time to craft, and more time spent on writing, I came up with a quick card when the urge to stamp became too much:
 
Yet another 'inking for the first time' - this set was one I came across during the big ferret round looking for a suitable stamp for the previous Less Is More challenge of 'Birds'. It lost out when I decided to use another stamp so I thought it should have a little outing anyhow!

I used:

- 5" x 5" white square card stock

- stamps from the 'You're so Tweet' Personal Impressions set designed by Marion Emberson - inked using 'Rich Cocoa' and 'Ivy' Brilliance ink pads

- Josy Rose red heart nail head

Kept it simple, job done!

    Morning Di, gorgeous card! I am beginning to really love these one layer cards, they are so simple but effective. The heart nail head just finishes it off perfectly :)

    Such a pity you didn't enter this as well, I love it. Fabulous tree and a great idea with the nail head.

    Perfect! Don't know how you do it. I seem to be piling on more and more stuff on my cards lately, one layer is not in my play book.
    I think I've fixed my computer. Now that I can click on the links I hope to find the time to go back and see what everyone had to share in the play ground.
