Less is More - Week 223 - 'Water'

The current challenge over at Less is More is 'Water' - and one-layered as well. As often happens, I dithered too long and a couple of the ideas I had were already entered - right down to one using the very same SU birdbath stamp, Eve :) In the end this is what I came up with:
I used:

- A6 white card blank, tent style

- image is called 'Water Lilies' from the Joanna Sheen Favourite Flowers Collection - stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad and coloured with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils. Just a little tickle of clear Wink of Stella was added to the dragonfly's wings

- final touch, rounded off the bottom left corner using a We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper

A short list of 'ingredients' today - for a change! Hindsight being 20/20 vision, perhaps I should have masked off the sentiment and even the dragonfly before stamping the image. Next time maybe!
