Belated Birthday wishes

Sigh, with so much going on here, a little chap's Birthday totally passed me by - this is the card I made, then ran out to post:
I used:

- 6" x 6" square white card stock

- another discontinued 'Cute Squares' pre-coloured image by LOTV, die cut using a Nestie and backed with a larger sized one die cut from one of the last snippets of the icy blue card I love so much

- backing paper is from LOTV's 'Country Gent' paper pad. Wow, I adore this pad, and it goes brilliantly with LOTV's 'Vintage Boys' Art Pad (thank you so much Mary H!! xx)

- sentiment stamp by Elzybells, stamped with Memento 'Peanut Brittle' onto more icy blue card then trimmed into a little banner

- three white Card Candi dots, coloured with blue Pro Marker - a perfect match in real life but looking a bit washed out in the photo, harrumph :(

But, the good news is that the pipework is fixed and in the end (I hope it's the end!) the work was done from upstairs - negating the need to rip huge chunks of ceiling out. Happy bunny hops here right now :)

  10. Fab boy's birthday card Di. I think it's a cunning plan to send it late . . . as it will be an even bigger surprise and make's his birthday last longer.

PS: Glad the leak is sorted now. Phew! If you stopped hitting the pipes with your lacrosse stick it would help!
