You can buy it here, http://www.joannasheen.com/craft-supplies/glues-and-sticky-things/other-sticky-things/double-sided-adhesive-clear-a4-film/ from Joanna Sheen. In fact, the first time I used it was on a coloured wreath, not unlike yours. You stamp and then possibly colour your image, let it dry then peel off one side of the film and stick that to the image sticky side down - cut it bigger to the same size as your piece of card with the image on before you cut or die cut it - and then is the time to either trim or die cut it. Once that's done, then you peel off the top layer (if I'm sticking it to a mat behind then I do this first 'cos it gets a bit tacky to handle. Then, peel off the top layer, sprinkle with glitter and save the excess of course by tipping back into the pot. Use a soft brush (I use a big blusher brush) to whisk off the excess.You then have a lovely twinkly image :)<br /><br />It's also really great for using up mulberry paper which I always had problems sticking.<br /><br />Hope this makes sense - shout if it doesn't!
